  4. Indicate which you are signing up for:
     1. Full Course with exam — $565 non-members, $465 members
     2. Exam only — $165
     3. Full Course without exam — $300 non-members, $200 members (continuing education points)
• Verified IMSA members will receive a discount on the Course, but not the exam.
• Repeat this step when registering multiple employees from the same agency
